Description:Stand tall, your feet in the position of stagger step. Grab the kettlebell in the hand opposite to the leg standing forward. Do the row, pushing your elbow backwards and to the top. Remember about keeping your back straight all the time. Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions and make the same movements with opposite hand and leg.
